Appointments

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day.

We try our best to stay on time. Due to the fact that our dentists provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment; please give at least 24 hours’ notice. (For NHS patients) If you miss an appointment on more than one occasion without letting us know, we may need to review your future position at the practice.

Two days prior to your appointment you will receive a text and/or email reminder and we ask you to complete the portal forms prior to attending your appointment as this will help the reception team when you arrive for your appointment.
